I ordered a bag of custom M&M’s for a birthday and was fully prepared to start panicking about shipping, because that’s usually how these things go. But somehow, in a rare twist of events, it showed up exactly when they said it would. It was packed well, nothing weird or damaged, and everything went smoothly. No complaints at all—I’d definitely order again...

"Got what I needed, but the site felt a little clunky"
I was able to find what I was looking for easily, but for some reason the checkout took longer than I expected. It worked in the end, it just felt a bit slow and awkward

Mms.com is fine overall, like the site works and all that, but the prices feel a little high for candy. I mean, it’s M&M’s, so I get it, but still. Sometimes the deals make it better, and I’ll check those if I remember, but I expected it to be cheaper than it was.

The box showed up looking clean and not smashed at all, which was a nice little win. The candies were packed safely inside and everything arrived in good shape. i’m happy with it.

"Colors Were Spot On This Time"
I just ordered custom M&M’s for a small party recently, the colors came out better than I expected. I was a little nervous they’d look different from what I picked online, but in person they were really close.
The blue and pink stood out the most to me because they looked pretty much exactly right, not faded or weird at all. Shipping was fine too, but after seeing how accurate the colors were this time, that’s what I’m happiest about.

I got some custom M&M’s made for something we had going on, and luckily they came exactly the way I ordered them. The colors, wording, and the number of bags all matched what I chose online. I was a little nervous there’d be something missing or off, but nope, everything looked right. It was a straightforward order, but still nice that it came without any issues

Ordered from mms.com and it got here faster than I expected. Tracking was fine, box was a little banged up, but nothing inside was damaged. Good overall

"Tasty candy, but I wish a few flavors popped more"
I ordered from mms.com mostly because I like trying all the different mixes. The chocolate ones were really good, just like I remembered, and the peanut ones tasted fresh too.
Some of the custom colors tasted normal, not bad or anything, just not super different. I was hoping the mint would be, actually, I was hoping the mint and almond options would have a little stronger flavor.
Overall, I’m happy with the order. The candy arrived in good shape and tasted fresh, it just wasn’t quite perfect for me

"Box was a mess, but they fixed it"
My order arrived with the box beat up, like it had been kicked around the back of a truck all day, and a couple of pieces inside were damaged. I was annoyed because I’d just cleaned off the table to set it up, and then had to deal with photos and emails instead. But support got back to me really fast and sent out a replacement without making it a whole thing. The new one showed up fine, so in the end it worked out. I’d probably order from them again.

"Nice colors for my party order"
For a small party, I ordered some custom M&M’s, and the color choices were good. The shades I needed I found without too much messing around, which was nice.
The only thing, a few colors on the screen looked a little different than in the bag, but it wasn’t a big deal. Happy with it still, and I’d order them again

"Nice gift, but not very wow"
I got some personalized M&M’s for a gift, and the box was nice enough, I guess. For the price though, I was expecting it to feel a little more fancy than it did.
It showed up on time and nothing was broken, so that part was good. But when giving it, it just felt a bit plain to me. Cute idea it is, just not super impressive.

"Worked well on my phone"
I used mms.com on my phone to put together a custom bag of candy, and overall it was a decent experience. Picking the colors was easy enough, and the site mostly worked like I’d expect. One page took a little longer to load, and I had to tap a couple things twice here and there, but it wasn’t a big deal. Checkout was simple, and my order info came through right away. So yeah, I’d say it’s a solid mobile experience.

Customer service did get everything sorted out, and I ended up getting my refund. It just took a few days longer than I thought it would — not a huge problem, but quicker updates would’ve been nice. Overall, it was still a good experience.

"Got help quicker than I expected"
I had a small issue with my order, though I barely remember what the exact problem was now. I just remember reaching out to customer service and not expecting much. They replied quickly and actually answered my question in a normal, helpful way instead of making it complicated. Whatever it was, it got sorted the same day, which is the part that stuck with me. Nice to deal with support that doesn’t sound like they’re just copying and pasting replies.
